Reporting a problem

If something isn't working, including these makes it far quicker to fix:

• — Your iPhone model and iOS version
• — The Hey Camera version, shown at the bottom of Settings
• — What you did, and what happened instead

Subscriptions and purchases

Hey Camera Pro is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can view, change or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings — Apple handles all billing, so refunds are requested through them.
